A: While rare, if your pet package is lost, we will replace your pet at no cost to you. Every attempt will be made to ensure the replacement pet will be similar to your original pet. If you ship an exotic or endangered animal, a monetary reimbursement will be provided based on current market prices.

A: Due to liability reasons, we are unable to provide food to your pet. We do recommend that you include up to 3 days worth of food in the box.
