We’re hiring Packaging and Die Cut Machine Operators for Rollo NV – Pahrump production facility. You’ll be part of a small team running label die cutting and packaging equipment across rotating shifts.
What you’ll do
- Load and set up die cut and packaging line equipment at the start of each shift
- Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments to maintain output quality
- Perform routine visual inspection of finished product
- Move raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if needed)
- Keep your work area clean and organized and flag any equipment issues to the shift lead
What we’re looking for
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with machinery in a production environment
- Basic warehouse experience is a plus (pallet jacks, forklifts, inventory handling)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- No prior die cut experience required. We’ll train the right person.
