Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective Google Ads strategies tailored to our business goals and target audience.
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords.
- Ad Copywriting: Create compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions while adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.
- Ad Extensions: Implement various ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad visibility and performance.
- Bid Management: Optimize bidding strategies to achieve desired campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting options such as demographics, interests, and remarketing to reach the most relevant audience segments.
- Ad Testing: Conduct A/B tests for ad copy, creative elements, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and configure conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and attribute conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management strategies.
- Experience with audience targeting and segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with all types of Google Ads including performance max, discovery, search, display, video ads, shopping and app campaigns.
