Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media-savvy Video Editor to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will produce high-quality, short-form video content optimized for streaming and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Hulu, Google, etc.). Your work will play a key role in engaging audiences, strengthening our brand presence, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance raw video footage into polished, high-performing content tailored for social and streaming platforms.
- Cut, trim, and organize footage while adding music, sound design, motion graphics, color grading, and visual effects to elevate video quality.
- Develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and increase engagement, views, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute video ideas aligned with content and social strategies.
- Stay current with video editing trends, social platform updates, and best practices to keep content innovative and competitive.
- Ensure all videos reflect our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience at an agency or brand level; experience with original brand content is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to edit short-form videos for multiple platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Hulu, Google, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar professional editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, video formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Self-starter with excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio of work required showcasing editing skills and creative storytelling.
