Every label you create stays in your shipment history. If a print job jams or a label tears, reprint it from the same record at no extra charge — you are not buying a second label.
A UPS label does not carry a hard expiry date, but the rate quoted on it is tied to the day it was created. Rates change, and a label left sitting can be re-rated on delivery.

Free USPS® pickups can be scheduled in Rollo Ship for shipments from the USA. UPS® pickups can be scheduled in Rollo Ship in the US and Canada; UPS sets the pickup fee (Rollo adds no markup), and it depends on the pickup date you choose. Canada Post, FedEx® and Purolator® pickups can’t be booked in Rollo Ship; book them directly with the carrier. You can also drop the parcel at any UPS Access Point® location, UPS® Drop Box or The UPS Store®.
