Steps to Connect PayPal to Rollo Ship App

  1. Register and log in to the Rollo Ship app.
  2. On mobile – go to the Top Left Menu Icon > Connections > Selling Channels.
    On the desktop – go to Top Centre Menu Connections > Selling Channels.
  3. Click “Add New” and select the PayPal logo.
  4. Enter your PayPal account credentials: Client ID and Client Secret.
  5. Click “Connect”.
  6. All your PayPal orders will be visible and ready to ship within moments.

How to find your Client ID and Secret key for PayPal integration:

  1. Log into your PayPal business account.
  2. Navigate to the “Developer” tab in the footer.
  3. Sign up by entering your email and password.
  4. Post-signup, access the PayPal Developer Dashboard in Sandbox mode, and click on the “Apps & Credentials” tab.
  5. Switch from Sandbox to Live mode in the “Apps & Credentials” tab.
  6. Select the “Default Application.”
  7. Enable the “Invoicing” and “Transaction Search” features in the Default Application and save changes.
  8. Scroll up on the page to find and copy your Client ID and Secret Key.
  9. Enter these credentials into the Rollo App.
