How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed for shipping credits, discounts, and special rewards directly in your account.
Do my points expire?
No. Points do not expire.
Your tier is calculated on a rolling 90-day activity window. If your activity decreases and your points fall below your current tier threshold, you will have a 10-day grace period to regain your status before moving to the tier you qualify for.
To maintain or increase your tier, continue shipping, funding, and completing dashboard activities.
