Rollo Rewards Program Terms

1. Program Overview

Rollo Rewards (the “Program”) is a loyalty program operated by Nelu, LLC dba Rollo (“Rollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that allows eligible Rollo Ship account holders (“Members”) to earn points and receive tier-based benefits. These Rollo Rewards Program Terms (“Rewards Terms”) supplement the Rollo Terms of Service and govern your participation in the Program. In the event of a conflict between these Rewards Terms and the general Terms of Service, these Rewards Terms control with respect to the Program.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is available to users with an active Rollo Ship account in good standing. Enrollment is automatic upon account creation. Each user may maintain only one Program account. We reserve the right to merge or cancel duplicate accounts at our sole discretion. Business entities may participate through a single designated account.

3. Points

Members earn points through qualifying activities, which may include funding their account, creating shipments, connecting selling channels, and completing other designated actions. The number of points earned per activity, the activities that qualify, and any multipliers or bonuses are determined by Rollo and are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged outside the Program. Points are tracked on a rolling basis and are used to determine tier qualification as described in Section 4. We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or void point balances at any time if we determine that points were awarded in error, through fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Rewards Terms.

4. Tiers and Evaluation

The Program includes multiple tiers, each with its own qualification criteria and benefits. Tier placement is determined by qualifying activity (such as shipment volume or points earned) over a trailing evaluation period. The specific tiers, the thresholds required to reach each tier, the length of the evaluation period, and the frequency of evaluation are set by Rollo and may be modified at any time.

  1. Upgrades may occur at any time when a Member meets the qualification criteria for a higher tier.
  2. Downgrades are evaluated periodically. If a Member falls below the qualification threshold, Rollo may, at its discretion, place the Member in an “At Risk” status before applying a downgrade. Rollo is not obligated to provide an At Risk grace period and may modify or remove this feature at any time.
  3. Certain entry-level tiers may be designated as lifetime tiers that, once earned, are not subject to downgrade. Rollo reserves the right to change which tiers, if any, are designated as lifetime tiers.

5. Benefits and Rewards

Each tier may include certain benefits such as service fee discounts, free or discounted products, shipping offers, and other perks. All benefits are provided at Rollo’s sole discretion and are subject to availability. Rollo reserves the right to add, modify, substitute, limit, or discontinue any benefit at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

  1. Changing the type, quantity, frequency, or value of any benefit.
  2. Imposing caps, limits, or expiration dates on any benefit.
  3. Substituting a benefit of comparable value if a benefit becomes unavailable due to stock limitations, supplier issues, or other operational reasons.
  4. Discontinuing a benefit entirely.

    Benefits apply only to the Member’s own account and may not be transferred or shared. Free or discounted physical products (such as label packs or printers) are limited to quantities specified at the time of the offer and are subject to standard shipping terms. Benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

    6. Program Changes and Termination

    Rollo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes the right to change any rules, tier structures, qualification criteria, evaluation periods, point earning rates, benefits, or any other aspect of the Program, even if such changes affect the value of points already earned, tier status already achieved, or benefits previously available. Changes will be communicated through the Rollo Ship platform, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    7. Abuse and Enforcement

    Rollo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s participation in the Program, withhold or void points, revoke tier status, or reclaim benefits if Rollo determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any activity that is inconsistent with the spirit of the Program. This includes, without limitation, creating shipments or transactions for the sole purpose of accumulating points, exploiting technical errors, or misrepresenting account information.

    A Member who violates any provision of the Rollo Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable Rollo agreement may, at Rollo’s sole discretion, be subject to immediate forfeiture of all accrued points, loss of tier status, and termination of all Program benefits, in addition to any other remedies available to Rollo under those agreements. Suspension or termination of a Member’s Rollo Ship account for any reason will automatically result in the forfeiture of all Program benefits, points, and tier status.

    All interpretations of these Rewards Terms and all decisions regarding Program eligibility, tier placement, and benefit entitlement are at Rollo’s sole discretion and are final.

    8. Disclaimers

    THE PROGRAM AND ALL BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ROLLO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AVAILABILITY, CONTINUITY, OR VALUE OF ANY BENEFIT OR REWARD. ROLLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM CHANGES TO, SUSPENSION OF, OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM OR ANY BENEFIT. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM DOES NOT CREATE A CONTRACT FOR SPECIFIC BENEFITS, AND NOTHING IN THESE REWARDS TERMS SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS GUARANTEEING THE CONTINUATION OF ANY TIER, BENEFIT, POINT VALUE, OR PROGRAM FEATURE.
