Email notifications for billing

Email notifications should be sent to the account email on file when our bank account is billed for shipping labels. Currently, we need to sign into our Rollo dashboard to retrieve receipts which creates extra work for us during monthly bank account reconciliation. Just about every other online service on the planet automatically enables this feature for purchases that are made.
