Yes. The Best Buy Marketplace connection is available in Rollo Ship for sellers in both the United States and Canada. A Canadian account imports Best Buy orders into the same queue as every other connected store, then compares Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx rates before the label is printed.
USPS and UPS are built into your free Rollo Ship account with discounted rates applied at label creation, and you can connect your own FedEx account to rate and buy on it. Canada Post and Purolator are available to accounts shipping from Canada. You compare all of them side by side before choosing.
There is no subscription and no monthly minimum. You pay postage, and your first 200 labels have no platform fee. After that labels are 5 cents each, dropping to 1 cent at the VIP tier of Rollo Rewards. Your tier uses a rolling 90-day window, with a 10-day grace if volume drops. Points do not expire. Order import, inventory, tracking and pickup scheduling are included.
Yes. When you create the label, the tracking number is written back to the connected store and passed on to the buyer, so you are not copying numbers between tabs. Every shipment stays visible in one dashboard from label creation through to delivery.

No. A 4x6 label prints on any inkjet or laser printer on plain paper, then goes into a label pouch or under clear tape, as long as the tape does not cover the barcode. The Rollo Wireless X1040 is optional — it produces an adhesive label with no ink, which is why daily shippers move to one.
Generate a prepaid return label from the original shipment in Rollo Ship, then email it to the buyer or include it in the box. Return labels are only billed when they are actually scanned into the carrier network, so sending one with every electronics order costs nothing until it gets used.
