Can I print shipping labels from my phone?
Yes. Create the label in the Rollo Ship app. Print it on a Rollo wireless printer over Wi-Fi. Labels print in 4x6 format on a Rollo printer. Rollo Ship also works with any compatible printer.
Is the Rollo Ship app free?
Yes. The app, account and rate comparison are free. No credit card or subscription is required. There is no label fee on the first 200 labels. After that, it's 5¢ per label at Newbie and Basic. With Rollo Ship Rewards, Pro pays 3¢ per label. Expert pays 2¢ and VIP pays 1¢. Postage still applies to every label.
Which carriers can I use in the Rollo Ship app?
US shippers get discounted USPS and UPS rates built in. In Canada, Canada Post and UPS are built in. Connect your own FedEx account in the US or Canada. Connect your own Purolator account in Canada. You keep your own negotiated FedEx and Purolator rates. Those labels are paid from your prepaid Rollo Ship Wallet.
Can I schedule a pickup in the Rollo Ship app?
Yes, for USPS. Schedule free USPS pickups in Rollo Ship, one-time or automatic. This works for shipments from the USA. Other carriers set their own pickup rules and fees.
Can UPS pick up my packages?
Yes, at selected addresses in the US and Canada. UPS offers UPS One-Time Pickup (formerly UPS On-Call Pickup®). The new name follows changes on the UPS website. Fees may apply. Any fee is shown when you buy postage. See UPS US or UPS Canada for details.
Does Canada Post offer pickups?
